Uber: Low rating (below ~4.6) deactivation appeal
Independent self-help tool. We are not Uber, not affiliated with Uber, and we never ask for your Uber password.
What this deactivation means
Your rolling average fell under your market's minimum (often ~4.6). Rideshare-specific; temporary rating cases run a separate quality track, sometimes gated behind a course.
Where and when to appeal
The evidence that moves this reason
- Screenshots showing your rating coming back up
- Your 5-star trip count
- Nice written feedback from riders
- Proof you took Uber's quality course
- A short note on what caused the bad stretch
What actually works
Don't argue that the rating number is wrong. Show it was a short bad stretch that's already turning around: say what caused it (sickness, car trouble, a rough run of trips), show your recent trips are rated higher, and mention Uber's quality course if you took it.
You can win this one, but only with strong, specific proof; a form letter won't move it.
