Terms of use
Draft — pending legal review. Effective date to be set at launch.
What Reinstara is
Reinstara is a self-help writing tool that helps you draft your own gig-platform deactivation appeal from facts you provide. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent you before any platform, arbitrator, or court. Using it creates no attorney-client relationship.
Acceptable use
- Use Reinstara only for your own account and your own deactivation, or one you are clearly authorized to help with.
- Provide only truthful information, and only documents you have the right to share. Do not use the tool to create false or misleading statements.
- Don't misuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee reactivation or any particular outcome. Most deactivations are not reversed. You are responsible for reviewing the draft and deciding whether and how to submit it.
Fees and refunds
The written appeal is a flat, one-time fee (no percentage, no success fee). It is a digital product delivered instantly, and you see a free preview before paying. All sales are final once the appeal is generated. If the tool failed to deliver or something broke on our end, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right. Refunds are not tied to whether your appeal succeeds.
No legal or outcome liability
Reinstara is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the outcome of any appeal, for the platform's decision, or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited under applicable law.
Not affiliated with the platforms
Reinstara is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DoorDash, Uber, Lyft, Instacart, Amazon Flex, Walmart Spark, Checkr, or any other company. Product and company names are the property of their owners.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
