To the DoorDash Account Review Team,

I'm writing to appeal the deactivation of my account and to ask that you reinstate it. I understand the account was deactivated for a contract violation after a “Never Delivered” report, and I'd like to give you the full context, because I believe the record supports reactivating me.

I've been a Dasher for over two years with thousands of completed deliveries and a strong rating. This is my primary source of income and I take it seriously.

Here is what happened, in order. On the evening in question I accepted and delivered the order to the address on file. I've attached my timestamped delivery-confirmation photo and my GPS timeline, both of which show me at the drop-off location at the time the order was marked complete. The customer's report that it never arrived is contradicted by that photo and location record.

I understand why a “Never Delivered” report is taken seriously, and I've reviewed my process to make sure the drop-off photo clearly shows the address on every order going forward. Looking at the full picture, I believe this was an isolated report, not a pattern, and my history reflects that.
