An example of what Reinstara writes

Here's the kind of appeal Reinstara produces — this one for a DoorDash contract-violation (“Never Delivered”) deactivation. Yours is written from your own facts and the evidence you actually have.

To the DoorDash Account Review Team,

I'm writing to appeal the deactivation of my account and to ask that you reinstate it. I understand the account was deactivated for a contract violation after a “Never Delivered” report, and I'd like to give you the full context, because I believe the record supports reactivating me.

I've been a Dasher for over two years with thousands of completed deliveries and a strong rating. This is my primary source of income and I take it seriously.

Here is what happened, in order. On the evening in question I accepted and delivered the order to the address on file. I've attached my timestamped delivery-confirmation photo and my GPS timeline, both of which show me at the drop-off location at the time the order was marked complete. The customer's report that it never arrived is contradicted by that photo and location record.

I understand why a “Never Delivered” report is taken seriously, and I've reviewed my process to make sure the drop-off photo clearly shows the address on every order going forward. Looking at the full picture, I believe this was an isolated report, not a pattern, and my history reflects that.

I'd be grateful for the chance to keep working. If there's anything else you need to complete your review, please let me know and I'll provide it right away.

Sincerely,
Jordan R.
