Important disclosures
Please read these before you use Reinstara. They also appear throughout the tool.
1. Self-help tool, not legal advice
Reinstara is a self-help writing tool that helps you draft your own appeal. It is not a law firm, not a lawyer, and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Using it does not create an attorney-client relationship.
2. No guarantee
Reinstara does not guarantee that your account will be reactivated. Most deactivations are not reversed. A well-evidenced, platform-specific appeal can improve your odds; it cannot promise an outcome.
3. You submit it yourself
Reinstara writes a draft appeal. You review it, decide whether to use it, and submit it to the platform yourself through the platform's own process. Reinstara does not contact the platform on your behalf.
4. Your facts only — no fabrication
The appeal is built only from the facts and evidence you provide. Reinstara does not invent facts, dates, order numbers, screenshots, or evidence. Do not include anything that did not happen — false statements in an appeal can get you permanently banned.
5. Flat fee, no success fee
Reinstara charges a flat one-time fee for the written appeal. It never charges a percentage, a contingency, or a fee based on whether you get reactivated.
6. Digital product — refunds
The written appeal is a digital product delivered instantly. You see a free preview before you pay. All sales are final once the appeal is generated. If the tool failed or something broke on our end, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. See Terms.
7. Your information
We use your deactivation details only to generate your appeal and keep them for a limited time, then delete them. We don't sell your data. See Privacy.
8. Optional follow-up
If you opt in (it's off by default), we may email you once later to ask whether your appeal worked. You can unsubscribe anytime, and we only use outcome data in aggregate, anonymized form.
9. Deactivation-rights laws
Where the law gives you extra rights (for example Seattle, New York City, or California), we can factually note them in your appeal, but Reinstara is not your representative in any challenge, arbitration, or lawsuit. For those, consider a licensed attorney.
