Be realistic: platforms treat this as an objective metric or serious flag and resist reversing it, so the appeal has to be especially well-evidenced and argue causation, not plead.

If Uber denies the appeal

Denied: re-appeal with NEW objective evidence (don't resubmit the same text). If a background/MVR report is wrong, dispute it directly with the screening vendor (usually Checkr) under the FCRA — they must reinvestigate, typically within 30 days, and a corrected report is auto-reported to the platform.
