What this deactivation means

Walmart's HR records collided with your driver profile: a no-rehire or misconduct flag from a Walmart or Sam's Club job, sometimes decades old, or a false current-employee status (drivers have been deactivated within hours of a store orientation). These hit in waves.

Where and when to appeal

Channel

In the app: tap the red 'Account deactivated' banner, scroll to the bottom of the Account Status page, and open 'What if I have further questions or disagree with my deactivation?'. The 'go here' link opens the appeals form. Backup: email sparksupport@custhelp.com or call (855) 743-0457; drivers also use sparkdriverappeals@wal-mart.com for appeals. Reactivations sometimes happen silently weeks later with no email, so re-check the app periodically even after a denial.

Deadline

No hard filing deadline, but the in-app banner shows a 'close date' after which you can't add details. Seattle: 90 days.

Decision time

Walmart says appeals are reviewed within 5 to 7 days; drivers report Terms of Use cases often take two weeks or longer.

The evidence that moves this reason

Proof of separation and dates (final pay stub, W-2 years, resignation or termination paperwork)
A plain statement that you're not currently employed by Walmart
The flag's age

What actually works

The path that works is proving the job record is wrong or out of date: you don't work there anymore, or a store issue from years ago has nothing to do with delivering today. Use paperwork, not feelings.
