Gopuff: Missed scheduled deliveries / reliability (no-shows) deactivation appeal
Independent self-help tool. We are not Gopuff, not affiliated with Gopuff, and we never ask for your Gopuff password.
What this deactivation means
Scheduled delivery blocks still exist: per the 2025 D.C. Attorney General record, drivers request shifts by Thursday midnight, get assignments Friday morning, and Gopuff tracks who shows up, handing future shifts to more reliable drivers first. Absenteeism and leaving mid-shift sit on Gopuff's suspension and termination list, on-shift drivers who decline offers risk losing the shift and future scheduling access, and working another gig app during a Gopuff shift is its own listed trigger. In practice this usually costs scheduling priority or shift access before it ends the account, but attendance alone does appear as a termination reason.
Where and when to appeal
The evidence that moves this reason
- Your schedule and completion history
- Proof for any legitimate miss (accident or police report, ER note, app or check-in failure screenshots, the facility closed or dark when you arrived)
- Dates and block times for everything you cite
What actually works
Own the missed blocks and give the honest reason for each, with dates. Show the months you did show up next to the bad stretch, say what changed, and ask them to weigh the whole record. If the app or the facility caused a miss, lead with that record instead of an apology.
You can win this one, but only with strong, specific proof; a form letter won't move it.
